Central Student Government has released a statement following the March 27th email sent to University of Michigan faculty, staff, and students from President Ono and several other executive officers, which outlines the university’s plans to pause diversity, equity, and inclusion related initiatives and dismantle existing DEI infrastructure in line with federal guidance.
